GPU FINANCING · BUILT ON SOLANA

Onchain Capital for GPU Data Centers

Fund the GPU servers that data centers rent to AI companies, and pick how much risk you take: a fixed-rate loan, a capped share of the rent, or owning the server outright.

One pool per deal Paid in USDC Backed by the GPUs
PRODUCTS

A steady payment, a share of the rent, or the whole server.

Fixed, Contract and Bridge pay a set rate, so you know what comes back and when. Payback and Own are paid from the rent the GPUs earn: more when they are busy, less when they are not.

FUND A GPU SERVER
01 / FIXED Rent drop: GPU company's

A fixed-rate loan

You lend to a GPU company at a fixed rate. It pays you the same amount every month, whatever the rent was.

You get
The same payment every month, interest included
How long
3 years, paid back a little every month
Safety net
The GPU company pays at least 20% itself. The GPUs sit in a company set up just for this deal.
If rent drops
The GPU company takes the hit and still owes you in full
Onrack's fee
0.75 points of the interest
02 / PAYBACK Rent drop: shared

A capped share of the rent

You fund most of a GPU server. You get 55% of its rent every month until you have 1.4 times your money back.

You get
55% of the rent, until you have $1.40 for every $1 you put in
How long
No end date. High rent gets you to 1.4x sooner
Safety net
The GPU company pays 30%. Not at 1.4x by year 3? Holders can vote to sell the server.
If rent drops
You get paid slower, and the GPU company keeps less
Onrack's fee
8% of the rent paid into the pool
03 / OWN Rent drop: all yours

Own the server outright

The pool buys the GPU server. Investors own it together and get whatever it earns.

You get
All rent left after power, space, insurance and fees, plus your share of the sale
How long
No end date, and no cap on what you can earn
Getting out
Sell your slice, a token on Solana, any time. Or vote to sell the server.
If rent drops
You take all of it. Only the server stands behind you.
Onrack's fee
8% of the rent paid into the pool
LEND AGAINST A SIGNED DEAL
04 / CONTRACT Rent fixed by contract

A loan repaid by a big customer

The GPU company already has a big customer, like Microsoft, signed up to rent its GPUs for years. The customer pays rent into an account the pool controls, so you get paid before the GPU company does.

You get
A fixed payment, taken straight out of the customer's rent
How long
About 3 years, paid back monthly
Safety net
The customer's contract, plus the GPUs
If rent drops
No effect while the customer keeps paying. If it walks away, this becomes a fixed-rate loan in a falling market.
Onrack's fee
0.75 points of the interest
05 / BRIDGE 2 to 4 months

A short bridge loan

A GPU company needs chips now, but its big long-term loan is still being arranged. You fill the gap, and the long-term loan pays you back in full.

You get
Your money back with interest when the long-term loan pays out
How long
2 to 4 months, then the money can go into the next deal
Safety net
The chips, plus a long-term lender that has already signed up
If rent drops
Matters only if the long-term lender backs out. Then you are stuck in a long loan to a small company.
Onrack's fee
0.75 points of the interest
HOW ONRACK WORKS

Rent comes back to investors before the GPU company.

Onrack sits between onchain investors and GPU companies. It finds and checks every deal, opens a pool for it on Solana, and carries the compliance.

Gets the rest

On a fixed-rate loan, the GPU company collects the rent itself and pays its fixed amount into the pool's account. On Own, the GPU company gets a hosting fee and investors get what is left.

One pool per deal

One GPU company, one set of servers, one product. You see exactly what your money funds, and one deal's losses stay inside that deal.

GPUs in their own company

Each deal's servers sit in a company set up just for that deal, so the pool can take them and sell them if payments stop.

A rule for falling short

Every pool opens with a target and a deadline. If it falls short, everyone gets a refund, or a GPU deal shrinks to what was raised.

Small, capped deals

About $70K to $250K each. Onrack finds and checks every deal itself, and never lets money sit in a shared pool waiting for one.

WALKTHROUGH

Follow $1,000.

Every product runs the same first four steps. Only the way money comes back to you changes.

  1. STEP 1
    Pick a deal

One GPU company, one set of servers, one product. Every deal has its own pool.

  2. STEP 2
    Deposit $1,000 of USDC

Once the pool raises enough, it funds that deal and nothing else. Short? It refunds you or shrinks the deal, by the rule it opened with.

  3. STEP 3
Someone goes in ahead of you

The GPU company's own 20% on Fixed or 30% on Payback, a signed customer on Contract, a signed lender on Bridge. On Own, nobody.

  4. STEP 4
    AI companies rent the GPUs

They pay the GPU company by the hour or under a multi-year contract.

STEP 5
Money comes back to you

The GPU company pays a fixed amount every month for 3 years, whatever the rent was. Onrack's 0.75 points come off the interest before it reaches you.

Contract and Fixed show today's onchain rates, Bridge a typical bridge target, and Payback and Own our model of one 8-GPU H100 server. Before Onrack's fees, and not a promise.

PRICING

Three fees, all shown up front.

ON LOANS
0.75 pts

of the interest on Fixed, Contract and Bridge. If the GPU company pays 11%, you get 10.25%.

ON RENT
8%

of the rent paid into an Own or Payback pool, taken before it reaches investors.

ON EVERY DEAL
1%

of the amount raised, paid once by the GPU company when the deal is funded.

For scale, the largest onchain GPU lender today keeps 1.18 points of what its depositors earn. Onrack's 0.75 points on loans is about a third less.
